Service Description

This session is all about connection and about tuning your body, mind and spirit to the same frequency. There will be a strong invitation for you to take deep breaths and to let go of any emotional and physical tension that is present. In this session we slow down to create profound change. This work is largely inspired by deep tissue massage, myofascial release, visceral osteopathy and craniosacral therapy.
